SET UP OF MODIFIER WITH A CUSTOM DFF VALUE AS QUALIFIER IN ADVANCE PRICING

 Step 1: For creation of Custom DFF and add in the Qualifier Value List Refer to the Document 

Step 2: Create a Modifier.
              Modifier level should be Order as the DFF is created in the Sales Order Header.
            Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
            Navigation: Modifiers--> Modifier Setup
            
 Step 3: Add the Application Method as Percent and add the value as required.

 


 Step 4: Click on the Line Qualifier and select the qualifier attribute


 Step 5: Select a value from the LOV according to the qualifier condition.


Step 6: Run a Request Build Attribute Mapping Rules



 Step 7: Enter the Sales Order with the DFF value as condition was set in the qualifier.

  

 
 Step 8: Enter the Item with the quantity and unit price.



 Step 9: After Saving the unit selling price get discounted.

SET UP STEPS FOR ADDITION OF CUSTOM DFF VALUE IN PRICING ATTRIBUTE AND QUALIFIER LIST

 Step 1: Create DFF in the Sales Order Header form.
              Responsibility:  Order Management Super User
              Navigation: Order Management--> Setup-->Financials--> Flexfields--> Descriptive--> Segments




Step 2: Enter Values in the Value set added with the DFF.
            Responsibility:  Order Management Super User
              Navigation: Order Management--> Setup-->Financials--> Flexfields--> Descriptive-->Values
 

Now DFF with the Values is Visible in the Sales Order Header.

Step 3: In Order to add the DFF value in the pricing attribute.
            Responsibility:  Oracle Pricing Manager
            Navigation: Oracle Pricing Manager--> Setup--> Attribute Management--> Context and Attributes.



 Step 4: In order to link the attributes:
             Responsibility:  Oracle Pricing Manager
            Navigation: Oracle Pricing Manager--> Setup--> Attribute Management-->Attribute Linking and Mapping.
Select the Pricing Attribute and then Click on Link Attributes


Step 5: Add a line from the LOV with was entered in the   Context and Attributes.
Then Click on the Attribute Mapping


Step 6: Select the Order Management and select the Advance Pricing in the Application and after entering the User Source Type and Use Value String . Click on the Tools and select the Build Attribute Mapping Rules.


Check in the Pricing Attribute the Values are displayed.


Step 7: In Order to add the DFF value in the Qualifier attribute.
            Responsibility:  Oracle Pricing Manager
            Navigation: Oracle Pricing Manager--> Setup--> Attribute Management--> Context and Attributes.
