REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.

Cause:
-------
Due to incorrect setting of DISPLAY variable in reports.sh .

Solution:
----------
1. Run the xhost + IP_Address
Directly on the server (Without using VNC or anyother tool).
2. Edit the DISPLAY variable in reports.sh file.
(Location of the .sh is $ORACLE_HOME/bin in application user).
eg:- DISPLAY=IP_Address:0;
3. Run reports.sh file on the application user.
eg:- $./reports.sh
4. Test the issue.

Note: IP_Address = 10.1.0.11
