Who we can get attachment functionality in custom Form R12.1.3

We can activate the attachment functionality in Custom Form or Seeded Form where attachment is not available.

    Thanks Sourav for this post, in most of the time above steps are enough for the attachment functionality..however you still may find attachment is not working in customized form..for that go to the WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger of the block,open the property palette, change the Execution Hierarchy to 'Before' from 'Override'....it should work......
