How to manage Chart of Account Structure in Oracle Fusion Cloud R13

Managing COA structure

The following screen appears

Go to Manage Chart of Account structures-Go to Task

Manage COA structures

Select the Module(General Ledger)

Search

Click  Manage Structures

 

In the Manage Key Flexfield Structures screen,

Create a structure from Actions

 

Enter the necessary information manually

Save

Create Segments from Actions

(The same steps need to be repeated for as many segments exist in the COA)

 

Select the Segment Label

Save and Close

 

Click on Manage Structure Instance

 

Select the Structure Name

Search

To create the structure  instance code,select the create action

 

Enter the necessary information.

Select the structure name from LOV

Assign the Value set with the segments

Save and Close

 

Select the segment code, click Edit

Enter the necessary information(*required checkbox must be enabled for all the COA segments)

 

Click Deploy

 

Deployment status will be seen

 

Click Done
